Deliveries

Orders may take 48 hours to process. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order has shipped. Track your order via shipping confirmation email.

Pre-order items are expected to ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page.

Processing & Shipping: Orders process in 48 hrs; email confirms shipment and tracking once shipped. Signature required for orders >$50. Track via email. Pre-orders ship on estimated date in product description.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns may be made by mail or in our Boutique. You may return items through your delivery confirmation email or by contacting our Concierge (concierge@agcf.com). Once the request has been approved, your prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.

Returns (14 days): A 14 day return policy from time of order applies. Limited Edition, Pre-Order or Custom Order cannot be returned unless approved. Contact concierge@agcf.com to request a return. Prepaid label emailed after approval. Items must be perfect, sellable, with original packaging, invoice, hangtags, leaflet, & limited edition coin.

Pre-order Terms:

Payment: Full upfront or Deposit at time of purchase and balance auto-charged at date indicated. Receipt emailed.

Delivery: Estimated date on product page/cart/checkout. Delays notified via email. Split shipping optional; contact concierge@agcf.com to combine & refund extra shipping.

Cancellation/Refunds: Cancel pre-shipment via concierge@agcf.com; Pre-order deposit is not refundable. Limited Editions, Pre-Order or Custom Orders cannot be returned unless approved.
